Aged 95 years.
Most recognized for: After serving as VP under Kenya’s first president, he was elected as successor in 1978… and served as president until 2002. In spite of his involvement in bribery, fraud, and various international scandals, he was somehow still revered as a consummate politician. But no matter how dirty he was back then, nobody can deny smell he’s giving off now.
